Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

United States: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.

International: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to the email address used at checkout. If your tracking link hasn't updated in several days, email contact@israelapparel.co and we'll look into it.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once the package reaches its destination. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, customs, high volume). We appreciate your patience — the tracking link always shows the latest status.

If your package is marked delivered but never arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at contact@israelapparel.co with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can update the address only before the order ships. Once in transit, we can't reroute packages.
