How fast do you respond?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday). Messages sent Friday or Saturday are answered first thing Sunday.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship from the United States. Standard US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Free US shipping on orders over $100.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unworn items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
