Returns & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Email contact@israelapparel.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions — returns are free for you.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Mention it in your return email and we'll help you get the replacement quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us and we'll trace it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the item in most cases.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned. If a final sale item arrives damaged, contact us — we'll still make it right.
